Due to requirements in enterprise development, the name of our company has been changed from originally "CHOREN Future Energy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd." to "CHOREN Energy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.". The name change passed through the authorities in Chaoyang County, Beijing on December 16, 2020. The Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has reviewed and approved it, and the company name in the bank account and tax information has been changed accordingly.

From now on, all internal and external activities of our company will be under the name of "CHOREN Energy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd." and the original company name will no longer be used.

This change only affects the change of the company name, the unified social credit number and tax identification number of the company have not changed. Contracts and agreements signed under the name of "CHOREN Future Energy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd." before December 16, 2020, documents issued, invoices issued, etc., are not affected and remain valid.
