On December 6 at 11:10 am, under the instruction of the chief project manager on site, CHOREN CCG pulverized coal gasifier with a height of 21.3 meters, a diameter of 3.2 meters and a weight of 250 tons was slowly lifted and stabilized, and within 40 minutes stably placed in the gasifier frame at a height of 36.7 meters. Shaanxi Yuneng Chemical Materials Co, Ltd 400,000 tons ethylene glycol project is located in the installation area of Shaanxi Yuneng Chemical Materials Co, Ltd, and uses two 1500 tons/day pulverized coal gasifiers from CHOREN CCG. Seven CHOREN gasifiers are used in Yulin, Shaanxi Province, which is also a new milestone in the application of CHOREN CCG pulverized coal gasification technology in China!

The gasifier has a long manufacturing cycle and is difficult to transport. It is the core equipment of the entire gasification plant. The Chinese and German R&D teams of CHOREN Energy and Dongguo Group work closely together. It was designed in Germany and manufactured in China, again proving the quality of Chinese manufacturing after a great design. Shaanxi Yuneng Chemical Materials Co, Ltd coal-based 1.2 million tons/year ethylene glycol start-up project with the first phase of 400,000 tons/year ethylene glycol, realizes clean raw material utilization of coal resources, becoming a high-end chemical enterprise of Yuneng Group in Qingshui Industrial Park, Yushen Industrial Zone. The start-up project, with a total planned area of 1.711 square kilometers, will invest nearly 6 billion yuan, including 532.6274 million yuan of investment in environmental protection alone. The project is planned to be completed and put into production before the end of 2022.
