On August 6th , the Foundation Design Pre-Review Meeting for the Shaanxi-Yulin Chemical 1.8 million tons/year glycol project gasification plant was successfully held. Industry experts, project engineering offices, ownership units and technical staff of our company were invited to participate in the meeting.

Based on the basic design documents of the gasification plant, provided by China Tianchen Engineering Company, the participants reviewed, discussed, and finally proposed the optimization. The gasification plant of Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical's ethylene-glycol project, with an annual capacity of 1.8 million tons of ethylene glycol, uses five of CHOREN Group’s CCG® gasifiers of 2,000 tons/day each with an effective gas capacity of 140,000 cubic meters/hour per gasifier. This preliminary basic examination of the design formed the basis for the next step within the detailed design work.
